No-roll Sugar Cookie Recipe

Lately I've thought about closing this blog because I haven't been making the time to post (or to read other blogs very often), but for now I've decided to keep it and just pop-in now and then. So here's something I wanted to share: this recipe for no-roll sugar cookies.

I've made several batches of these since Easter. I like the recipe because they are so simple...no chilling and no rolling. They are as easy and quick as a drop cookie.

I've been using this recipe for buttercream frosting. Because it uses a 1 pound package of powdered sugar and 1 cube of butter, that is two things in the recipe that don't have to be measured. I like that in a recipe. :)

I am not giving up on you! I love receiving your posts and if it has to be only once in awhile, so be it! Surprises are really nice. Please don't stop. Thanks for the recipe.

Ditto what the others have said. If it's time away you need, then by all means take it. We all need a Time Out to rejuvenate. Just be sure to pop in from time to time.
