Ibarra Hot Chocolate

{Ibarra Mexican Chocolate}

Have you tried Ibarra hot chocolate? You just heat a cup of milk until it's steamy and put it in the blender with two triangles of Ibarra and whirl until smooth. Ibarra has only a few ingredients (sugar, cacao nibs, lecithin, and cinnamon flavor) so it doesn't have the oily, corn syrupy flavor that some hot cocoa mixes have. It's super yummy.

Not only have I not tried it, in my little corner of the world, I haven't even heard of it! It looks yummy though -- I'll be on the lookout! Thanks for sharing!
